NEUVARA Refund & Return Policy

At Neuvara, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Eligible for a Full Monetary Refund:

  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Expired inventory received
  • Damaged packaging or broken container seal upon delivery
  • Unopened, unused items returned within 15 days of delivery

For any of the above, customers may choose between a full monetary refund to the original payment method, a full reship at no cost, or store credit for the total order value.

Orders Not Delivered:

  • Domestic (USA): not delivered within 30 days of shipment
  • International: not delivered within 45 days of shipment

In these cases, customers will receive a full reship or a full monetary refund — no return required.

Change of Mind / Other Returns: Items returned in resalable, unopened condition within 15 days may be eligible for store credit for the product cost (shipping and fulfillment fees are non-refundable). Opened or used products are not eligible for return or credit.

General Terms:

  • Refund or reship claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • No return of the original product is required for quality-related claims.
  • All other requests are handled at our discretion.
