NEUVARA Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment Time All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 business days of being received (Monday–Friday, 8am–2pm EST, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on Friday will be ready for shipment by the following Tuesday at the latest.

Under exceptional circumstances (high order volume, staffing, or technical issues), processing times may be extended without prior notice.

Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic (USA): UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority
  • International: GlobalPost or UPS Worldwide

Estimated Delivery Times The following are estimated total delivery times (processing + transit):

  • USPS Domestic (USA): 5–9 business days
  • UPS Domestic (USA): 5–7 business days
  • GlobalPost International: 12–16 business days
  • UPS Worldwide International: 12–16 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other logistical factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Carriers use dimensional (volumetric) weight pricing — meaning the shipping fee is based on whichever is greater: the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the package. Shipping rates are set by the carriers and are subject to change without notice.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, an automated email with your tracking number will be sent to you and your provided email address. Tracking updates are managed directly by the carrier and can be monitored on the carrier's website. We do our best to ship all items in a single package to minimize the number of tracking numbers per order.

International Shipping We ship domestically within the USA and internationally. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. NEUVARA is not responsible for any additional charges incurred at the destination country. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Federal Holidays Orders are not processed on the following US federal holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
